Mike Wang
Senior Accountant and Founder
Mike graduated from the University of Auckland majoring in accounting and finance. He and Lulu Shi together founded HARMONY ACCOUNTING LIMITED in 2013.
He is an experienced tax accountant with many years of experience within the chartered accountancy environment. He specialises in all aspects of financial management including accounting, tax planning, and business structuring across the manufacturing, retail, property, and service industry sectors.
Lulu Shi
Accountant and Founder
Lulu Shi completed her Associate accounting degree at the University of Auckland. She is also a member of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia and enjoys delivering quality, personalised business advisory and taxation support to her clients. Her knowledge is wide-ranging and includes expertise in budgeting and forecasting, accounting software, and compliance.
Cici Xiang
Accountant
Cici joined the harmony team in 2018 and brings an extensive range of knowledge to the company! She completed her Master in Professional Accountancy and Finance from Massey University. She is good at interpreting complex taxation and accounting rules and translating clients in an easy-to-understand manner and she understands the objectives and perspectives of each individual client.
Spencer Shen
Accountant
Spencer graduated from the University of Auckland with double majors in accounting & finance. Attention to detail and accuracy are her key skills and she takes pride in ensuring our clients are receiving the best service 100% of the time. She has specialised in supporting enterprises with management accounting, budgets and cashflows, asset protection, business appraisals and taxation, and general accounting compliance.
Daisy Liu
Accountant
Daisy graduated from Unitec Institute of Technology with professional Accountancy. She joined Harmony in November 2020 as a junior accountant to seek a new challenge and is passionate about helping clients with different kinds of issues and is interested in taxation. She has an awesome personality and gets along with anyone. Clients and staff like to have a long meaningful conversation with her about finding alternative views on most things.
Blair Lin
Accountant
Blair completed a bachelor of degree from the University of Auckland with double major in Professional Accounting & Finance. She also works on business valuations, due diligence projects, cash flow forecasts and business plans, assisting with finance restructuring and assisting clients in negotiations with the IRD and other creditors. She is currently working towards her ACC certification to strengthen her knowledge and skills.
